تعریف:
پدیدهای که هنگام گرم کردن یک فلز رخ میدهد و در آن سرعت افزایش دما به طور ناگهانی کاهش مییابد؛ این کاهش ناشی از تغییر در ساختار بلوری داخلی فلز است.
