اصطلاح عمومی برای هر بندپای خشکیزی که بدنی دراز متشکل از قطعات مشابه زیاد دارد: مانند صدپا و هزارپا
general term for any terrestrial arthropod having an elongated body composed of many similar segments: e.g. centipedes and millipedes
مثالها:
- The myriapod crawled slowly across the forest floor, its many legs moving in a wave-like pattern.
