دارایی باقیمانده پس از کسر بدهیها، هزینههای تشییع جنازه و هزینههای اداری از دارایی ناخالص؛ داراییای که سپس برای توزیع باقی میماند (و مشمول مالیات بر ارث فدرال و ایالتی است)
